The GWRC LTP Committee members are offering an informal space where submitters are able to talk to their submission in an informal setting. Intended to be in line with a coffee and a chat.

Submitters will be given half hour blocks, depending on how many speakers attend.

This gives whānau the opportunity to talk to their submission to the GWRC LTP outside of the formal hearing setting.

GWRC LTP Committee members will be pre-briefed on each submission and have ready a copy prior to your appointment time.
